The Primary section was a natural progress from the nursery section. We started with the Primary section in 2011 with only Primary One and gradually we reached the Primary Seven class.
In Uganda, "Primary" covers age range from 7 to 13 years old, at which point all children in the P7 class will sit the National Primary Leaving Examination for the promotion of children to the secondary level. Some of our children start school late and so move to Secondary education later in their teenage years.
The performance of the children in the National Examination has been good with all the children passing and joining secondary schools. We have been using this exam for the last three years and it enables the children to progress further.

We have fifteen teachers in the Primary section. Of these, there are Seven (7) Females and Nine (9) Males. We also have support from non-teaching staff such as matrons, cooks, cleaners, and watchmen.
Bethesda Christian School is licensed by the Ugandan Ministry of Education and Sports and we have an EMIS number.
